I am a 20 year old girl going to the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown double majoring in Communications and Multimedia and Digital Culture as well as minoring in Writing. This blog started as a project for my class, Writing for Digital Media but I decided to continue this not only as a beauty blog, but to expand this platform to include more of myself on here.

Although this was for a class, I am passionate about beauty which is why I began this focusing on beauty. I have loved beauty from the time that I was twelve years old but I find that the beauty industry is too rigid at times, especially through the social media presence that beauty influencers and brands obtain.

I would love to help transform this industry into a more inclusive, loving community where people shouldn’t be afraid of voicing their opinions about products as a whole. Because in the end, beauty is about feeling good in your own skin.
